Phillip Spicer awarded second Paul Harris Fellowship

 

Hougthon Lake Rotarian Phillip Spicer was recently recognized a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International. The Paul Harris Fellow recognition acknowledges individuals who contribute, or who have contributions made in their name, of US$1,000 to The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International.The fellowship was established in 1957 to recognize and encourage contributions to the Rotary Foundation which reached 1 million fellows in 2006.
